A client was looking for a very durable and sanitary cart to move meat trimmings off a production line, however, traditional equipment sources were only offering tubular framed carts. Through the use of 11GA and ¼” stainless steel, as well as Ø1” stainless steel round stock, SSL Industries engineered and fabricated a unique design to exceed the sanitary requirements and functionality of our client. In this instance, our client also elected to supply their own 10” casters on a footing engineered and fabricated specifically for them.
