Custom 640 Cart

To efficiently transport 640 cheese blocks across production for further processing, a client of ours requested us to utilize our open concept designs for this particular function. In order to maximize cleanliness, we came up with a tabbed cart paired with a completely removable tray and acetal rollers. Using gravity to roll the heavy blocks, instead of machined joints where contaminants can harbor, we were able to supply a very unique piece of equipment perfectly fit to meet the needs of our client.
